Sportech Racing BV Sold to RBP Luxembourg

The Board of Sportech announced that is has agreed to sell Sportech Racing BV to RBP Luxembourg for a total cash consideration of up to €3.25 million on a debt free/cash free basis. Sportech Racing BV is the company's Netherlands business, which obtained a five-year license in June 2017 for the exclusive rights to carry out tote betting on horseracing in the Netherlands.
