Sportradar, Kambi Extend Partnership Deal

Sportradar and Kambi announced a five-year extension of their partnership deal, under which Sportradar is Kambi’s exclusive data supplier for professional and college sports in the U.S.

Sportradar and Kambi announced a five-year extension of their betting partnership. The deal re-establishes Sportradar as Kambi’s exclusive supplier of data for the NBA, NHL, MLB and college sports in U.S. markets.

“Both Kambi and Sportradar were well-prepared when the U.S. market opened in 2018, and we have worked together closely and diligently to establish our respective market leading positions,” said Sportradar Managing Director, U.S. Betting Neale Deeley in a statement. “We are very pleased that Kambi has shown an unwavering commitment to Sportradar for the next five years and, most importantly, we are delighted to elevate our partnership to the next level for the benefit of our mutual customers.”

Under the extended agreement, Sportradar, based in Switzerland, will continue to provide pre-match score data for all Kambi’s U.S. partners. Sportradar also will supply the Malta-based provider of sports betting technology and services with its live score data as well as its content solutions, including Live Match Trackers, for major U.S. sports.

Kambi’s U.S. partners include Churchill Downs Incorporated (TwinSpires), Penn National Gaming (Barstool Sportsbook) and Rush Street Interactive (BetRivers).

The renewal of Sportradar’s agreement with Kambi is the latest partnership forged by the Swiss company. In November, Sportradar signed an eight-year deal with the NBA giving it exclusive rights to distribute league data in U.S. and international sportsbooks. Also in November, Sportradar signed a three-year partnership to provide exclusive gambling data for the European soccer governing body, UEFA.
