Sportradar can now add Ohio to its growing list of states with a license for sports betting technology. The state will get to see the company in action come January 1 when sports betting launches.

The Ohio Casino Control Commission granted a sports gaming supplier license to tech firm Sportradar’s subsidiary, Sportradar Solution LLC.

The approval means Services to clients advance transparency and integrity as well as deliver sports data to sportsbooks and gaming agencies.

“We managed to generate a U.S. profit for the first time in the third quarter, displaying solid operational leverage in the business model,” said Carsten Koerl, CEO of Sportradar, which has deals with leagues such as the NBA, MLB, NHL, NASCAR, FIFA and more.

Sportradar holds 41 licenses in North America. In all, the data is utilized in over 890,000 events annually across 92 sports, running through 30 million odds changes a minute, in 40 languages, with an almost perfect record.
