Superstar Racing Experience (SRX), the new auto racing circuit formed by NASCAR stars Tony Stewart and Ray Evernham, is partnering with Genius Sports, which will supply data to power the SRX sports betting platform.
According to a report by Sportico, Genius will deliver pre-race odds and live data from the races to various betting products. Genius data will be used to build out odds for all SRX partner betting operators.
SRX co-founders Sandy Montag, CEO of the Montag Group, and George Pyne, a former NASCAR executive who now runs Bruin Sports Capital, say the partnership will create new ways for fans to engage with betting platforms. “We see the way the industry is trending with respect to new forms of technology and sports-gaming,” Montag said in a statement. “We look forward to driving fan engagement in new and creative ways, and know our partnership with Genius Sports will set the foundation for that.”
