Stefanovic Named Gun Lake Executive Chef

Michigan’s Gun Lake Casino has named Nenad Stefanovic (l.) as the property’s executive chef. He will be in charge of the casino’s dining expansion, which begins next year.

Stefanovic Named Gun Lake Executive Chef

Nenad Stefanovic has been named executive chef of Gun Lake Casino, in Wayland, Michigan, effective immediately.

Stefanovic has a degree in hospitality management and 25 years’ experience from restaurants across the U.S. and internationally. Most recently he was executive chef of Morongo Casino Resort & Spa’s 11 restaurants and bars.

He will be in charge of the casino’s dining expansion, which will open next year.
