Stitt Won’t Appeal Compact Rulings

Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt (l.) said he will not appeal U.S. District Judge Timothy D. DeGiusti's ruling that tribal gaming compacts automatically renewed January 1. Stitt had sought to increase exclusivity fees tribes pay in exchange for operating Class III gaming. Under the compacts, the fees range from 4 percent to 10 percent of revenue.
