Strip Sign for Sale

This space for rent: a giant sign at the Harmon Center in Las Vegas is up for lease. It will cost millions for a company to buy the naming rights for the 60-foot tall sign, which is just one part of a larger branding package.

Seven figures expected

Another Las Vegas entity wants to sell naming rights, and this time it’s for an LED screen.

Branded Cities Network, owner of the 60-foot-tall sign at Harmon Corner, is peddling the naming rights.

Any company with several million dollars and a message to share can see its name atop on a 306-foot wide sign and also on the adjacent 110,000-square-foot, three-story Harmon Corner Retail Corner, which includes the world’s largest Walgreen’s drugstore, reports the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Add-ons could include showroom space in the center or advertising time on the sign.

“We have had some initial interest form a number of very iconic and very powerful brands,” said Dave Groff of Branded Cities. “It’s a seven-figure opportunity, annualized,” Groff said.
