Success Dragon International Holdings Ltd. has terminated a deal to operate electronic gaming machines at a luxury hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. According to GGRAsia, in a January filing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Success Dragon and Le Meridien Hotel stated they had encountered “unexpected difficulties” in obtaining permits for EGMs. A second filing in March announced the end of the negotiations.
In a similar deal, Success Dragon failed to obtain a certificate to manage electronic gaming machines at the One Opera Hotel in Danang, Vietnam.
