Macau casino junket investor Suncity Group has introduced a new player app that will enable its high-rolling clients monitor their gambling activity, account details and win-loss record, according to GGRAsia.
IT Vice President Celestino Ali said the new app provides “secure account verification” for Suncity clients. An earlier iteration, launched in summer 2016, offered similar functions but not secure verification.
“With this application, clients can have the real-time tracking of their account balance, in whichever of our venues they play,” said Ali. “Our customers also have immediate access to our 24/7 concierge services through the application.”
Yet another VIP app called Sun Travel, now in the development phase, was designed to enable clients to reserve hotel accommodations, restaurants, transportation and other entertainment in Macau or elsewhere, the publication reported.
