
Sightline Payments Celebrates 15 years, Completes Recapitalization
Leading gaming fintech company Sightline Payments celebrated its 15th year in business by announcing the completion of a recapitalization process that fully enables Sightline to continue providing innovative financial technology solutions.
Most major Sightline investors recommitted to the business through the recapitalization process, including Cannae Holdings, NRT Technology, Genting, Founding Investor Walter Kortschak, co-Founders Harry Hagerty and Diran Kludjian, and Point Break Capital Management, amongst others.
The reconstituted Sightline Board of Directors will also include NRT Founder and CEO John Dominelli and President Michael Dominelli.
Throughout its 15 year history, Sightline has delivered many groundbreaking payments innovations in gaming including supporting the first online gaming transactions in New Jersey in 2013, the first mobile sports betting payment transactions in Nevada in 2014, the first floor-wide cashless gaming at a tribal casino in 2015, and the first cashless casino transactions in Nevada in 2021.

Aristocrat Interactive Names Nir Hakarmeli iGaming & Sports Managing Director
Aristocrat Interactive announced the appointment of industry veteran Nir Hakarmeli as the new managing director of its iGaming & Sports division.
In his new role at Aristocrat Interactive, Nir will lead the iGaming & Sports division, focusing on expanding the company’s portfolio with complementary products and content for both land-based and online operators in major regulated markets.
Hakarmeli brings over a decade of extensive experience in the gaming industry, having held key leadership positions across several prominent organizations. Most recently, he served as the international managing director at Evoke, where he played a pivotal role in steering the company’s international operations and growth strategies.
Prior to that, Hakarmeli was the Gaming Director at William Hill, contributing significantly to the company’s gaming initiatives.
