Mobile technology company Joingo announced it has partnered with Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort in Washington state on a new customer app.
The Clearwater Casino app includes Joingo’s Places geo-fencing feature, real-time integrations with Clearwaters’ IGT Patron Management and Agilysys Point of Sale and Booking Engines, and complete social sharing capabilities. The app is a new channel by which the casino will deliver offers and information directly to their patrons’ mobile devices, including highly relevant location-based offers.
The app features loyalty club integration, providing Club Clearwater members instant in-app access to account balances and more. Other features include convenient in-app room booking, golf and spa booking, restaurant reservations, property maps, upcoming events and more.
