In gaming, the voice of the regulator is seldom heard, which in some ways is part of the job. This episode, however, is lucky to have two such voices—Susan Hensel and Joseph Grad spent years together at the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) overseeing one of the fastest-growing markets in the industry.
