Table Trac Secures Japan Contract

Table Trac has signed an exclusive contract with Tokyo-based Broadband Security Inc. that will integrate Table Trac’s CasinoTrac casino management system into the coming Japanese gaming market.

Tokyo-based IT security management firm BroadBand Security, Inc. has announced that it’s signed an exclusive contract with Table Trac Inc. to integrate Table Trac’s CasinoTrac casino management system into the nascent Japanese gaming market. The country officially legalized gambling in September 2018.

The project, spearheaded by BroadBand Security Inc., will consist of a working team of companies to provide a comprehensive resort and casino management package under the heading of the Japan Integrated Resorts Combined Management System Project.

“This is a watershed moment for Table Trac,” company founder, CEO and CTO Chad Hoehne said in a statement. “We are honored to contribute to this team of worldwide recognized companies (and to see) Table Trac’s CasinoTrac system integrated with Japanese systems as they create the All Japan Project.”

Japan is soon expected to become the second-largest gaming jurisdiction in the world, behind only Macau; estimates are that the Japanese market will produce between $15 billion and $25 billion a year in revenue. According to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, 2017 gross revenue from all Nevada-based gaming sources was just over $11 billion.

Table Trac’s casino management system is installed in more than 150 casinos in 12 countries and is multi-lingual, multi-currency and multi-tax reporting.

“I want to thank BroadBand President Akira Mochizuka, Executive Director Yasunari Kumono and Chief Engineer Dr. Takafumi Shido for the privilege of becoming part of BroadBand’s vision for the Japan integrated Resorts Combined Management System Project,” Hoehne said.
