On April 20, Tangam Systems, the global leader in business intelligence software for gaming, announced today the installation of its brand new product, Slot Optimization & Data Analytics (SODA) software at Sycuan Casino Resort.
The resort in El Cajon, California near San Diego is a world-class entertainment and gaming destination with over 2,300 slot machines and 54 table games. Sycuan selected Tangam’s analytics products to unlock the full potential of its data: to improve operational efficiency, the guest experience and maximize financial performance.
With this deployment, Sycuan is the first casino resort in North America to deploy Tangam’s complete suite of table games yield management (TYM) and slot optimization (SODA) software across their gaming floor.
