Tatts Bids on Intralot

Australian gaming operator Tatts Group Ltd. has announced it is in talks to buy the Australian-New Zealand business division of Greek gaming technology provider Intralot.

Australian gaming operator Tatts has announced it is in exclusive talks to acquire Greek gaming technology provider Intralot’s Australia-New Zealand business division. No final proposal has yet been made, the ASX-listed company noted.

Analysts say Tatts is continuing with a strategy of focusing on its home market, reported SBC News. In June the firm sold UK arcade and slots division Talarius to the Novomatic Group for AUS $210 million (US$160.3 million).
