In response to what it calls a “multitude of key accounts,” London-based table-game supplier TCSJohnHuxley announced key appointments to its Americas team under CEO-Americas Todd Cravens. Tony Maniscalco was named business development manager and Rhonda Stannard was appointed internal sales representative.
Concentrating on the Southeast and Caribbean account base, as well as the Americas cruise ship industry, Maniscalco reports directly to Cravens, bringing 25 years of sales and management experience from the coin-operated amusement machine industry. Working out of his home state of Florida, he will be able to service his accounts quickly and frequently, to ensure customer satisfaction.
“Adding Tony to the team was one of the missing pieces we needed for the Southeast and Caribbean markets,” said Cravens. “I’m looking forward to watching him thrive in this role in order to help us continue to grow and progress as a business. ”
In the newly created position of inside sales representative, Stannard is responsible for managing customer accounts, as well as assisting business development managers to ensure the finest level of customer experience. She is an experienced B2B sales an d account manager who most recently directed an inside sales team in the point-of-sale software industry. She is based in the TCSJohnHuxley Las Vegas office.
