Pearl River Resort in Choctaw, Mississippi recently opened the Bakery at Silver Star Hotel & Casino. Holly Gagnon, president and chief executive officer at Pearl River, said, “We are thrilled to have an opportunity to open another restaurant for our guests to enjoy. The addition of our new bakery will be a great complement to our other dining experiences here at Pearl River Resort and will definitely add to the wonderful aromas smelled throughout the Promenade.” The restaurant features fresh salads, made-to-order sandwiches, whole breads, fresh croissants, hot soups, premium espressos and a variety of cookies and mini-desserts.
Owned and operated by the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians, the Pearl River Resort encompasses Silver Star Hotel & Casino, Golden Moon Hotel & Casino, Dancing Rabbit Golf Club and Geyser Falls Water Theme Park. Its Bok Homa Casino located in Sandersville.
