Third Rosie’s Opens In Virginia

The third and largest Rosie's Gaming Emporium (l.) in Virginia recently opened in Richmond, with 700 historical racing machines. Owners Colonial Downs Group invested $41 million in the property, which also includes a restaurant, bar, gift shop and off-track betting area. Other Rosie’s locations are planned for Hampton, Danville and Dumfries.
