Tiger Palace Marks Soft Opening; Eyes Second Site

Silver Heritage Group Ltd. celebrated the soft opening of its hotel at the Tiger Palace Resort Bhairahawa in Nepal on September 20. A spa, gym and swimming pool are expected to be complete within days.

Casino developer and operator Silver Heritage Group Ltd. has opened the hotel at its Tiger Palace Resort Bhairahawa in Nepal. The casino should be open by the end of November. At the same time, the company is looking for a site for a second casino complex in the country.

In a filing to the Australian Securities Exchange, the company said development of Tiger Palace “continues ahead of schedule and within the revised budgeted cost of US$51.8 million.” Work on a spa, gym and swimming pool was expected to be complete by this month.
