TransAct to Demonstrate New Tech at Gaming Conference

TransAct Technologies Incorporated (TransAct) plans to unveil some of its newest software driven technology and printing solutions at the 2017 Northwest Indian Gaming Conference & Expo. This includes a 300-dpi printer for TITO slots.

TransAct Technologies Incorporated (TransAct,) a leader in software driven technology and printing solutions, will demonstrate its full suite of innovative gaming technology and print solutions at the 2017 Northwest Indian Gaming Conference & Expo (WIGA), to be June 19-21, at the Tulalip Resort Casino in Tulalip, Washington.

This will include the company’s Epic casino and gaming ticket printers, with its flagship

Epic Edge and the newest versions of the Epicentral promotion and bonusing system – including version 3.8 and Epicentral System Edition (“Epicentral SE”).

The Epic Edge is the first ticket in/ticket out printer to offer 300 dpi resolution, a 50 percent increase over current printers. The printer allows the use of different size tickets so that operators can economize and reduce paper use. Serial, USB and Netplex ports make it compatible with any machine type.

The technology allows casino operators using all existing slot management systems and games to target and deliver promotions to patrons in real time.

The company will also demonstrate its Epic printing systems for gaming devices and self-service kiosks, including Epic 950, Epic Enclosures, Epic 880, Epic 883 and Epic 430.
