In an effort to attract staff, Turning Stone Resort Casino in Verona, N.Y. will pay for relocation costs for hires for one of the more than 250 openings expected in 2021.
“We’re a hospitality organization and we’re ready to expand that hospitality to folks who are moving here to take on a new career,” Dana Sovocool, vice president of human resources with Oneida Nation Enterprises said.
In addition, new hires will also receive housing assistance, daycare, and more, according to WKBW. Positions range from hospitality in the resort and spa to casino jobs like dealers and slot machine attendants.
