The Mohegan Sun has welcomed two new directors. Don Sikorski, promoted to Director of Shops and Lynn Agnello, promoted to Director of Sponsorships.
Sikorski has worked for the property for 20 years, while Agnello comes to the Sun from the Phoenix Suns.
According to the announcement by the casino, “Don Sikorski brings 20 years of valuable business, management and retail operations skills and experience to his newly promoted role in overseeing the 225,000 square-foot, Shops at Mohegan Sun. In addition to the many responsibilities that come along with such a vast, high revenue generating area, Sikorski will also be largely involved in the direction & strategic planning for all future retail and tenant opportunities at Mohegan Sun.” He is a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University.
Agnello comes to the Mohegan Sun from Arizona, where she represented radio sales to the NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL. She worked for Skyview Networks from 2001-2013, eventually reaching Executive Vice President of Partnership Development for the Phoenix Suns.
She will work to develop partnerships with such teams as the New England Black Wolves Lacrosse team. She graduated from Indian University and in 2011 earned the Stevie Award as “Best Executives” for companies with up to 250 employees.
