Ukraine Adopts Unlicensed Casino Policy

The Ukrainian Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries (KRAIL) has released guidelines for unlicensed casino operators within the country.

Once such an operator is uncovered, it will be given three days to cease operating. KRAIL will be authorized to post information on the offender on its website and list it as blacklisted. At this point the offender may be handed over to law enforcement.

In a statement KRAIL declared, “Operators should adhere to the agreed upon licensing conditions in the field of online gambling, using the appropriate online organization systems, and exclusively through websites which have been specifically registered, and with a mandatory connection to the state’s online monitoring system.”
