Ukraine-based Parimatch Tech, a provider of technology and marketing solutions in the gaming and entertainment industry, has finished its acquisition of the performance marketing business Mr.Fish and the online poker room PokerMatch. The price of the two acquisitions was undisclosed.
Parimatch Tech said the acquisitions would allow it to expand its entertainment and marketing product portfolio. Both companies will be part of Parimatch Tech’s marketing and business strategy, said the company.
Mr.Fish offers digital services such as affiliate marketing, SEO, creative design, media buying, retention and PR strategy, among others.
PokerMatch is an online poker room that is the title sponsor of the Ukrainian national poker team and a partner of the All-Ukrainian Match Poker Federation.
