DiamondJacks Casino and Hotel in Vicksburg, Mississippi will become WaterView Casino and Hotel, new owners Foundation Gaming Group LLC recently announced. The new brand will launch this summer with special promotions, customer events and live entertainment.
Foundation Gaming Group officials said the rebranding, which reflects the property’s location on a bend in the Mississippi River, also will feature new games and titles, a new customer loyalty program and a new casino management system offering more game options and incentives. Other plans include renovations at the 7,000 square foot event venue, a new show bar and updates at the buffet and steakhouse. In addition, officials said the exterior, pavilion and casino will be refreshed and updated with new colors and finishes.
Located at the former site of Isle of Capri Vicksburg, the 28,000 square foot casino offers 700 slots, 13 table games. The property also includes a 122-room hotel with deluxe whirlpool tubs suites, and an outdoor hot tub and pool.
