Virginia Council Endorses Hard Rock
In a unanimous vote, the city council in Bristol, Virginia endorsed Hard Rock International as the preferred casino operator. The sole developer to propose a casino, Hard Rock has proposed a casino resort at the former Bristol Mall location. The Portsmouth city council also endorsed Rush Street Gaming to develop a casino there.
