Gaming industry intelligence solutions provider VizExplorer has announced an agreement with London casino Les Ambassadeurs Club to provide the casino its bundled solution for international gaming operators.
The bundle includes elements of floorViz for gaming floor optimization, campaignViz for marketing campaign automation and hostViz™ for enhanced VIP player management, the company said in a press release.
The agreement also includes the VizExplorer Concierge Program, a high-level customer support tier with private onsite consulting resources. VizExplorer will train and support Les Ambassadeur users as they adopt VizExplorer software, the release said.
