VRstudios Brings Wireless VR to Muckleshoot Casino

Virtual reality games are starting to crop up in casinos. One of the masters of this technology is VRstudios, which recently deployed the games at Muckleshoot Casino in Washington.

VRstudios will be deploying wireless virtual reality to the Muckleshoot Casino in Auburn, Washington State. This will allow users to walk through virtual environments wirelessly.

Both single and multiplayer VR experiences are now available several days a week at the site’s nightclub, Club Galaxy. Players can experience Time Zombies, an undead shooter game, Barking Irons, a western-styled multiplayer FPS, or its most recent game, Planktos. Others are on the way.

Muckleshoot’s Entertainment Manager Junior Maldonado said that the system is very popular, with some customers using the technology 15 times in one night.

VRStudios is now partnering with companies in 11 different nations.
