VSiN Unveils New Program from Chicago

Rivers Casino in Des Plaines, Illinois, will host “Rush Hour,” a new national weeknight sports gambling program broadcast live beginning September 1. Chicago native Danny Burke will emcee.

The program, a venture between Rush Street Interactive and Vegas States & Information, runs between 6 and 7 p.m. Central Time Monday through Friday on SiriusXM, Comcast Xfinity, SlingTV, fubo TV and VSiN.com.

Rivers Casino Des Plaines General Manager Corey Wise said the property’s sportsbook “is a perfect backdrop for the new Rush Hour betting show.”

VSiN provides news, analysis and other info for sports bettors. Rush Street operates the BetRivers digital gambling platform, according to the Chicago Tribune.

“It’s amazing to come home and partner with BetRivers to deliver the most credible sports betting news and analysis available in the industry,” VSiN CEO Brett Musburger said. “Not only because of the importance of the Illinois sports betting market, but also because Chicago was the birthplace of VSiN and a place so many of us on the team have called home over the years.”

Sports wagering analysts from other BetRivers locations in other states will contribute to the show. Burke expects to deliver regional perspectives on the sports betting markets as the odds and lines move.

“Rush Hour” will offer insights and access to live sports betting data from across the U.S., leveraging proprietary data from Rush Street Interactive and/or BetRivers’ current presence in six states (Illinois, Indiana, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and Colorado).

VSiN and BetMGM, co-owned by MGM Resorts International and GVC Holdings, will collaborate on Betting Across America, a new sports wagering information program. The show will be broadcasted live from BetMGM sportsbooks and from studios in large sports betting markets across the country, pending regulatory approval.
