Amaya Gaming Group Inc. recently announced one of its subsidiaries has completed the previously announce of WagerLogic Malta Holdings Ltd. To Goldstar Acquisitionco Inc. for million, less a closing working capital adjustment of .5 million and other considerations. The purchase price is subject to customary post-closing adjustments.
WagerLogic, through a subsidiary, is an online casino operator through its “Inter” brand, including InterCasino, InterPoker and InterBingo. For the nine-month period ending September 30, 2013, revenue and net income of the InterCasino Business were $8 million and $1.8 million respectively. For all of 2012, revenue and net income were $17.2 million and $5.8 million.
Amaya subsidiaries will continue to supply WagerLogic with software, services and content for the InterCasino Business.
