On October 11, Sands China announced the resignation of Wang Sing, an independent non-executive director of the Asian gaming company. Wang joined the group as an independent non-executive director and member of the audit committee in July 2017.
Wang resigned due to business commitments, said the company, and had no disagreements with the board. In its announcement, the board thanked Wang for his service.
