Washington’s Quil Ceda Creek Casino in Tulalip, the “Q” will have its grand opening February 3 with an expanded casino and entertainment venue, a larger parking structure and a new Food Hall. The project was designed by TBE Architects.
The expanded casino, across the street from the original, is twice its size: 126,000 square feet on 15 acres just off Interstate-5. Once the new casino opens the old one will close permanently.
The new casino will have 1,500 slots, an addition of 500, 16 gaming tables, “The Kitchen” Food Hall, “The Landing” dining room, “The Stage,” expanded entertainment venue able to offer live performances and huge video walls for sports events. It will be open 24/7 and will be non-smoking.
The parking structure will accommodate 1,000 vehicles, 700 more than the existing property.
