Reports said Waterhouse signed a two-year restraint of trade agreement that will allow him to run his new betting online business. The website charges platinum membership members A$120,000, according to Australian media reports.

Waterhouse was William Hill Australia’s CEO since CrownBet’s recent acquisition. The acquisition deal was made for A$300 million.

CrownBet’s CEO, Matt Tripp wished Waterhouse the best in a press release after fulfilling his role for William Hill Australia for three years.
