Australian Labor Party member Gordon Ramsay has proposed a bill that would let Casino Canberra add hundreds of slots and up to 60 electronic table game terminals.
According to the Canberra Times, the plan would end a monopoly on slots now enjoyed by local clubs in the district. Ramsay also called for a limit on slot stakes of AU$5 (US$3.97) per spin, half the limit allowed in clubs.
