Mobile and social technology company JOINGO in San Jose, California has named 13-year casino marketing veteran Darren Withers director of sales.
Withers most recently was executive vice president/general manager at mobileStorm Inc., where he managed all client operations, strategic partnerships and sales activities. Before that, Withers worked at Virgen Advertising, a casino-branding firm specializing in high-end casino direct mail campaigns.
Over his career, Withers worked with hundreds of casinos in numerous gaming jurisdictions, creating successful digital and mobile marketing strategies to engage players in unique ways. He also has presented on mobile marketing panels at the Global Gaming Expo, OIGA, and NIGA, and will present at the Casino Marketing & Technology Conference 2016.
