Wynn Macau Appoints Sinatra

Wynn Macau Ltd. has appointed Kim Marie Sinatra as a non-executive director of the company for a period of three years effective April 1, the U.S.-based gaming operator has informed the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Kim Marie Sinatra, who joined Wynn Resorts Ltd. in 2004 as senior vice president and general counsel, has been appointed a non-executive director of the U.S. company’s Asian subsidiary, Wynn Macau Ltd., for a three-year term effective April 1.

Sinatra has served as executive vice president and secretary of the Las Vegas firm since 2006.
