Wynn Resorts is promoting Stephen Cootey, the company’s head of corporate finance, to the position of chief financial officer, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Cootey will replace Matt Maddox, who will continue to serve as president of Wynn Resorts.
Cootey, a former Wall Street research analyst, has overseen corporate finance for Wynn since 2009.
