Wynn Names Cootey CFO

Wynn Resorts has named Stephen Cootey, its head of corporate finance, as the company’s new chief financial officer, replacing Matt Maddox.

Wynn Resorts is promoting Stephen Cootey, the company’s head of corporate finance, to the position of chief financial officer, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Cootey will replace Matt Maddox, who will continue to serve as president of Wynn Resorts.

Cootey, a former Wall Street research analyst, has overseen corporate finance for Wynn since 2009.
