Wynn Outlines Plans to Attract 8 Million Annually to Encore

Encore Boston Harbor plans to attract 8 million visitors a year to the Bay State. Last week officials of Wynn Resorts told the Massachusetts Gaming Commission how they plan to do that. Encore President Robert DeSalvio (l.) says they plan to “invite the world to Boston.”
