Wyoming’s Wind River and Little Wind casinos have postponed their planned July 22 reopening over safety concerns. The casinos, operated by Northern Arapaho Tribe, have been closed for more than three months due to the Covid-19 outbreak.

CEO Brian Van Ekenvoort released this statement: “Due to extenuating circumstances, the Wind River Hotel & Casino and Little Wind Casino are, regretfully, cancelling our reopening until further notice.”

He added, “The safety of our customers and employees remains our number one concern,” and said the casinos would announce a future reopening date.
