Borgata Atlantic City has filed a motion with the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey to allow it to seek assets of pro gambler Phil Ivey (l.) located in Nevada. Ivey lost a lawsuit by the casino charging that he illegally used “edge sorting” techniques to win about $10 million from the casino playing baccarat. Ivey has been ordered to repay his winnings, though the case is still being appealed. B
