VICI Completes Margaritaville Acquisition
VICI Properties recently announced it has acquired the land and real estate assets of Margaritaville Resort Casino in Bossier City, Louisiana for $261 million in cash. With Penn National Gaming buying the operational assets of the property for $115 million in cash, the total purchase price was $376 million. VICI leased the property to Penn National.
