Aristocrat’s ‘Buffalo’ Again Tops Survey

For the third year in a row, the slot game “Buffalo” from Aristocrat Technologies has been named the top-performing game in Goldman Sachs’ Slot Manager Survey.

The game “Buffalo” has been named the top performing game for the third year in a row in Goldman Sachs’ 2014 Slot Manager Survey. Another Aristocrat game, “The Walking Dead,” was named as the most anticipated game release of the year in the survey, which gathers information slot managers across 27 states.

“Buffalo Stampede” and Aristocrat’s E Series games were also featured in the top six most anticipated releases, and more than 20 percent of slot managers said that Aristocrat games were the most profitable of any supplier—up from 15 percent in last year’s survey.

“This is exciting news, and just the beginning for Aristocrat,” said Rich Schneider, the company’s chief product officer. “The games pipeline we are building is our best ever, with more major releases planned over the coming months that will only add to the breadth and quality of our new portfolio.

“We’ve been working hard on our product-led strategy and there’s no doubt we have been making excellent progress—nowhere more so than here in North America. Now to get this endorsement from our customers is particularly encouraging and only strengthens our resolve to keep lifting the bar and transforming the game.”
