Alex Meruelo, owner of Meruelo Gaming LLC and the Arizona Coyotes, has unveiled an online and digital sports betting platform SaharaBets, named for the Sahara Las Vegas casino.

Gutierrez said in a statement “The Coyotes are dedicated to providing innovative and entertaining experiences for our great fans,” Coyotes President and CEO Xavier A. Gutierrez said in a team statement. “Our partnership with SaharaBets will offer next-level gaming experiences for fans who want to unleash their competitive spirit.”
Bettors can download SaharaBets onto their smartphones, create accounts and deposit funds.
According to SaharaBets President Andrew Patterson, “But probably more importantly, it’s the engagement and the opportunity fans will have maybe outside the app.” He added, “What experiences can they gain by being a SaharaBets customer that really drive them to engage with the team in a different way and with the application, different than what you might get from other operators in the state.”
