Bally Reveals NIGA, G2E Asia Lineups

Bally Technologies has revealed its product lineup for display at NIGA’s Indian Gaming 2014 Tradeshow and Convention and G2E Asia.

Slot and system manufacturer Bally Technologies announced its product lineups for the Indian Gaming 2014 Tradeshow & Convention, to be held in San Diego May 11-14, and for G2E Asia, in Macau May 20-22. Company officials say the NIGA display, at Booth 929, and G2E Asia lineup, at Booth 469, will demonstrate how the company’s broad portfolio of products offers casinos a single view of the players at their casino, across several distribution channels.

“Bally is excited to return to NIGA to showcase the industry’s most diverse product portfolio for our tribal customers, which includes new table game products added to our product lineup following our acquisition of SHFL entertainment late last year,” said Derik Mooberry, Bally Technologies senior vice president of games, table game products and interactive R&D. “Attendees will experience our wide range of innovative offerings, including trailblazing cabinets, an extensive portfolio of entertaining game content, award-winning casino systems, industry-leading table games, and mobile and online solutions.”

“G2E Asia is the perfect venue to showcase our full array of new content, including table games, since our acquisition of SHFL entertainment last November,” said Bally Senior Vice President of Asia, India, and South Africa Srini Raghavan. “Visitors to our booth will see that Bally is committed to serving the needs of the Asia-Pacific market. Our booth will feature an outstanding lineup of new games, including games designed specifically with the Asian player in mind on both of our popular Pro Series and Equinox cabinets. We will also demonstrate how our innovative systems, table game products, and interactive technology can connect operators’ entire gaming world.”

The Bally displays will include more than 35 unique game titles, including licensed branded games Titanic, ZZ Top Live From Texas, and The Magic of David Copperfield. Visitors will also experience an array of cutting-edge systems technologies, table products, and interactive offerings.

Additionally, Bally will debut three new titles on the Equinox cabinet that has been popular for the former SHFL entertainment in Australia and Asia—Emperor’s Seal, Beijing Opera and Forbidden Beauty—plus Cash Wheel featuring Quick Hit and Grease Pink Ladies, the sequel to its Grease game. Also prominently featured will be the company’s award-winning Pro Wave cabinet, which features a 40-inch concave high-definition LCD.

At Indian Gaming 2014, Bally also will unveil a full spectrum of table game products, including the proprietary table game Fortune Pai Gow Poker Progressive with the iDeal single-deck specialty shuffler; the cutting-edge e-table SHFL Fusion Auto with a fully automated roulette wheel; and the ChipStar roulette chip sorter.

Making their G2E Asia debut are proprietary table games like Commission-Free Dragon Bonus Baccarat, which is played identically to the standard game of baccarat, with two exceptions: 1) the banker bets push if the banker hand wins with a three-card total of seven, and 2) winning banker bets are not charged commission. Commission Free Dragon Bonus Baccarat features the Fortune 7 side bet, which pays if the banker wins with a three-card total of seven.

The Utilities segment will be highlighted by the nearly 61-centimeter double-sided LCD i-Score baccarat viewer, with Dragon-themed graphics to appeal to Asian players. Other Utility offerings include the ChipStar roulette chip sorter, the MD3 blackjack and baccarat card shuffler, and the iDeal shuffler for single-deck specialty games.

The e-table innovation TableMaster Fusion will be on display, featuring the Chinese version of Ultimate Texas Hold’em with a Mandarin-speaking dealer. TableMaster Fusion features a high-definition LCD display at more than 182 centimeters with attractive virtual dealers, nearly 56-centimeter widescreen player terminals with touchscreen betting, enhanced graphics, and multiple side bets.

Taking center stage for systems at both shows will be Tournaments Express, a stand-alone tournament system designed to offer slot tournaments on more than 100 different cabinet types from various manufacturers.

Bally will also showcase its award-winning Elite Bonusing Suite (EBS) and iVIEW Display Manager (DM), which have powered five world record-setting events. Casinos can utilize player-centric, real-time interactive EBS promotions like U-Spin Bonusing, DM Tournaments, Virtual Racing, and Virtual Racing NASCAR to add excitement across their iVIEW network.

In addition, Bally will demonstrate its full suite of interactive solutions, including Bally’s open iGaming Platform for internet and mobile casinos, and the Bally Mobile Platform for concierge casino apps and mobile websites. These solutions are designed to give casinos a single view of the player across online, mobile, and traditional brick-and-mortar gaming platforms and provide a complete cross-platform gaming experience for both free-play and wagering.
