System supplier Table Trac and Hasinai Gaming Enterprise, along with the Caddo Nation, announced the selection of the CasinoTrac casino management system for the new Bison Ridge Casino and Caddo Travel Plaza.
Table Trac will provide the Bison Ridge Casino and Caddo Travel Plaza with the casino management system, which includes reporting, slot auditing, accounting, patron management and dispatching, along with marketing and promotional solutions, which assist casinos in creating player loyalty and growing revenues.
“The building of this Casino and Travel Plaza is momentous for the Caddo Nation, providing employment and entertainment for both tribal members and area residents,” said Paul Varela, chairman of the Caddo Nation Office of Gaming Commission. “We needed a system provider that would work with us, and we have that with the Table Trac team. We know that Table Trac is the operating system of choice for casinos around the world, and we are glad to have them with us for our first project.”
