Caesars Buys Israeli Social Game Business

Caesars Interactive has purchased Israeli-based social gaming business Pacific Interactive continuing its expansion into the free-to-play market.

Caesars Interactive has acquired Israel-based social gaming business, Pacific Interactive. It’s the company’s fourth purchase of a social games company and will continue its foray into free-to-play social games.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Caesars Interactive Entertainment, saw $290 million in revenue from social gaming in 2013. Along with Playtika and the World Series of Poker, Caesars owns games produced by Buffalo Studios.

Caesars said Pacific would be integrated into Playtika’s social and mobile game portfolio in a press statement.
