Visitors to Caesars Palace, the Flamingo Las Vegas, and The Linq can avoid long check-in lines by using new check-in kiosks.
In as little as four minutes, guests at those properties now use kiosks and Caesars’ Total Rewards app to check-in online, at home, on mobile devices and obtain their room keys at a kiosk. That reduces the time to check into a room at one of the three Las Vegas Strip properties to no more than about four minutes – less when checking in remotely and only printing room keys at the kiosks.
Studies show long waits and check-in lines are among the top gripes visitors have when coming to Las Vegas, and the new Kiosk system enables Caesars’ guests to skip the lines and go straight to their rooms upon arrival. That means more leisure time for visitors, and likely more gamblers on the casino floor instead of waiting in long lines with other guests.
Many Las Vegas casinos have initiated kiosk check-in programs, and up to 20 percent of all visitors now use them when coming to Las Vegas, despite many properties not having them, yet.
As more properties add check-in kiosks and apps, more people inevitably will use them, making it easier for all visitors to get to their room much more quickly, regardless of how they check in.
When fully implemented across Las Vegas properties, about a third of all visitors are expected to use check-in kiosks and skip the traditional check-in lines.
