California Tribe Rolls Out New Mobile App

California’s Pechanga Resort Casino has introduced its MyPechanga for both iOS and Android mobile devices.

Pechanga guests and members of the Club at Pechanga can now take their well-earned resort offers and redeem them with the click of a button.

MyPechanga also allows guests to see their EasyPlay, EasyDine and Club Dollar balances in real time. Guests who work with a casino host can call, email or text their representative directly from the app. Direct links within the app also connect to the Pechanga website—Pechanga.com—and the Best Bet Casino mobile app (on Android devices), Pechanga Resort Casino’s free, social casino game.

To get started, a guest enters his or her Pechanga Club account number and sets up a profile within the app. After a quick verification, the app is ready to use. All balances and offers automatically appear on the guest’s personalized front page of the app in real time. Casino and hotel offers listed show how long the guests has to redeem, and makes it simple to book rooms right from the app.

Changes or cancelations to reservations already made can also be done right from the app. Before the guest completes his or her hotel offer redemption, he or she is asked if there are any special requests. A field allows the guest to type in a message to the reservation agent.

Developed by Pechanga’s Information Technology mobile app developers, MyPechanga started as an idea to deliver enhanced guest service to Pechanga’s loyal guests. They wanted a way for guests to avoid making phone calls whenever they wanted to redeem their hotel offers or check point balances. The creation, development and rigorous testing phases lasted more than 18 months.

A second phase of the app with more upgrades and enhancements is already in the works by the developers.

Pechanga Resort & Casino, owned and operated by the Pechanga Band of Luiseño Indians, is located in Temecula, Riverside County, a region also known for its vineyards.
