Casino Technology/Alto to Release ‘Hot Rod’ Slots

Casino Technology has partnered with The Enthusiast Network to gain the rights to develop casino slot games based on the iconic Hot Rod magazine brand.

Bulgarian slot manufacturer Casino Technology and its U.S. partner Alto Gaming announced a partnership with TEN: The Enthusiast Network for the exclusive rights to develop slot games based on the network’s Hot Rod  magazine and brand.

Alto Gaming will release a suite of Hot Rod games based on this iconic brand and related cultural lifestyle. The games will call upon the entire history of hot rods dating back to early post-war drag racing to the dawn of the muscle-car era through today’s popular rodding culture.

Borrowing heavily on what has been created within the arcade industry, Alto and Casino Technology will create a Hot Rod “chassis” to attract players, and repeat play will be driven by the arcade-like experience, unique mathematical model, and plenty of entertainment, according to the company.

“The fit was logical,” said Milo Borissov, president and CEO of Casino Technology. “Hot Rod and the rodding culture carry an inherent sense of excitement and entertainment that is a true fit for the gaming world. The wide global, age and thematic appeal gives us a canvas primed for success.”

The new game suite will not only be aimed at automotive fans, but at all players seeking more variety and compelling game content, Borissov said. Unique math models, game-play features, and graphics to match will be designed to assure wide appeal.

“We are very excited to see the Hot Rod brand extended to this unique category,” said Tyler Schulze, senior vice president of TEN Enterprises. “Casino Technology is a leader in the gaming technology industry, and immediately recognized the outstanding opportunity to leverage long-standing consumer affinity for the Hot Rod brand into gaming experiences that feature both the vehicles and the lifestyle surrounding this enthusiast passion.”

“Our expectations are that the new series will complement the global success of the Gamopolis multi-game brand and will strengthen the company’s position as a manufacturer of highly attractive gaming content and tailor-made products,” said Rossi McKee, vice president of Casino Technology.

The suite of games carrying the Hot Rod brand will feature unique game design characteristics and come packaged in a new, themed cabinet that pays homage to the sleek and beautiful lines of vintage hot rods.

“The Hot Rod brand covers such a wide spectrum of ages, social classes  and emotions that we’re thrilled to have the opportunity to translate it into an exciting and winning game suite,” said Alexander Gornakov, founder and CEO of Alto Gaming.
