Commissioners in Polk County, Texas approved a resolution supporting U.S. Congressman Brian Babin's legislation allowing the Alabama-Coushatta Tribe's Naskila Gaming (l.) to continue to offer Class II gaming. The state of Texas still is pursuing a case against the venue, which has created 330 full-time jobs, said Tribal Council Chairperson JoAnn Battise.
